Cheese
There are enough kinds of Italian cheese to choose a different one each day of the year! Our current selection will give you an idea of the variety of choice, from a first-class Parmigiano Reggiano to the rare Castelmagno. The cheeses are handmade by artisan cheesemakers using good quality, raw milk according to age-old recipes. They are aged in fresh, ventilated caves at a constant temperature to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. |

Antipasti
Antipasti, meaning appetizers "before the main meal", are so typically Italian. Serve a variety of dishes such as sundried-tomatoes, whole artichokes, chargrilled peppers, wild hyacinth bulbs (yes that's right!) alongside some sliced salume. They taste fantastically fresh and ripe - as if just picked the day before!
There are so many to choose from, you can even use them to make a complete meal. Great for picnics too - no cooking, no fuss! |

Pasta & Rice
The pasta Savoria has selected is of the highest quality made with the best varieties of hard durum wheat. The pasta dough is extruded through bronze dies producing a rough and porous surface well-suited to absorb sauces and enhancing the fragrance of the wheat. The pasta is dried at a low temperature (40-45°C) for 24-48 hours so the resulting product has great texture and can really be cooked 'al dente' (firm to the bite). This pasta is so good that a splash of olive oil is all that it needs to make a tasty dish. Our selection of Risotto and Salad Rice by Gli Aironi and Principato di Lucedio is cultivated in the natural paddy fields of Piedmont in total respect of the environment. |

Olive Oil / Butter / Vinegar
All of the oils selected by Savoria are extra virgin, first cold pressed olive oils made from selected (some are single-estate/single variety), handpicked (from the tree not the ground) and well cleaned olives. The olives are crushed and pressed within a few hours of picking.
Antica Acetaia San Giacomo is one of the finest and oldest artisan producers of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar in Reggio Emilia. Not to be missed is their latest creation - Traditional Balsamic Jelly! And do you remember the last time you had butter tasting like .... 'butter'! |
